This Privacy Policy explains how Sunline AI Solutions (“Sunline AI,” “we,” “us,” or “our”) handles information related to sunlineai.tech and consultation inquiries.

1. Information you choose to provide

When you use the consultation form, you may provide your name, work email, company name, and a description of the workflow or problem you want to discuss. The form opens your own email application with a prefilled message addressed to us; it does not submit your information to a database on this Site. We receive the information only if you choose to send that email.

2. How we use inquiry information

We use inquiry information to respond to you, prepare for a requested consultation, evaluate a potential engagement, and maintain reasonable business records. We do not sell or rent inquiry information. We do not add you to a marketing list merely because you request a consultation.

3. Technical information and providers

Like most websites, the Site’s hosting infrastructure may process standard technical connection information, such as an IP address, browser type, requested page, and timestamp, to deliver and secure the Site. The Site loads fonts from Google Fonts. Your browser may connect to Google to obtain those fonts, and Google’s privacy practices apply to that connection.

We do not use advertising pixels, behavioral advertising, or non-essential analytics on the Site. If this changes, we will update this Policy and add any notice or choice mechanism required by applicable law.

We keep inquiry emails and related business records only for as long as reasonably necessary to respond, manage a prospective or client relationship, meet legal or accounting obligations, or resolve disputes.
