Terms & Conditions
Last updated: October 18, 2026
These Terms & Conditions govern your use of sunlineai.tech (the “Site”) and describe the general terms that apply when you contact Sunline AI Solutions (“Sunline AI,” “we,” “us,” or “our”).
1. The Site and our services
The Site provides general information about AI automation consulting and implementation services. It is not an offer to provide services, professional advice, or a guarantee of a specific outcome.
Any paid engagement requires a separate written proposal, statement of work, or services agreement accepted by both parties. That agreement will define the scope, deliverables, timeline, fees, payment schedule, cancellation terms, refund treatment, data handling, and any project-specific terms. If it conflicts with these Terms, the signed project agreement controls.
2. Consultations and inquiries
A free consultation is subject to availability and does not create a client relationship or obligate either party to begin work. Please do not send sensitive personal information, payment-card information, protected health information, credentials, or confidential third-party information through the Site or by email unless we have agreed in writing on how it will be handled.
3. Acceptable use
You may use the Site only for lawful purposes. You may not interfere with the Site’s operation or security, attempt unauthorized access, submit false or misleading information, introduce malicious code, or copy, scrape, reproduce, or exploit Site content except as permitted by law or with our written permission.
4. Client responsibilities
For a client engagement, you are responsible for providing accurate information, having the right to share any information or systems access you provide, reviewing deliverables, and obtaining any approvals required for your business or industry. You remain responsible for how your business uses a delivered automation, including communications with your customers and compliance with laws and third-party platform rules.
5. AI and third-party tools
Projects may involve third-party software, AI models, APIs, cloud services, or communication platforms. Those providers have their own terms, privacy practices, availability, and pricing. The project agreement will identify the tools and responsibilities that apply to a specific engagement. Unless expressly agreed in writing, Sunline AI does not guarantee that a third-party service will remain available, unchanged, error-free, or suitable for a particular purpose.
6. Intellectual property
The Site’s design, text, logo, and other content are owned by or licensed to Sunline AI and are protected by applicable intellectual-property laws. A project agreement will state the ownership and usage rights for project-specific deliverables, client materials, and pre-existing tools or methods.
7. Disclaimers and limitation of liability
The Site is provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis. To the fullest extent permitted by law, we disclaim warranties relating to the Site, including implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from use of the Site or reliance on its general content. This section does not replace the liability terms in a signed project agreement.
8. Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. Any dispute relating to a specific engagement is subject to the dispute-resolution terms in the applicable signed project agreement.
9. Changes
We may update these Terms by posting a revised version with a new “Last updated” date. Continued use of the Site after the update means you accept the revised Terms to the extent permitted by law.
